Cheryl Flax-Davidson, of Counsel
Ms. Flax-Davidson has been an attorney for over 30 years and is a member of the U.S. Supreme Court bar and the bars of New York, Florida, and Massachusetts. She has worked on many of Mr. Kroner’s FCA cases.
Ms. Flax-Davidson spent ten years with the General Counsel’s Office of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, writing federal and state appellate court briefs and amicus curiae briefs to the U.S. Supreme Court. She is competent in areas of complex statutory issues and has participated in litigation that has resulted in precedent-setting court decisions. See e.g. BMW of N. Am. v.
